Shipping
When Will My Order Arrive?
Your order arrival time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
All orders over $149 ship free. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its every move like it owes you money.
Please allow time for your order to process before shipping. Once the carrier has the package, delivery timing is in their hands.
My Tracking Says Delivered, But My Package Is Missing. What Do I Do?
Once an order has shipped, Small & Rare is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, stuck in transit, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and make sure they are available to receive it on the expected delivery date.
If your tracking says delivered but your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They will have the most accurate delivery information and can help investigate the issue.
We know. Deeply annoying. But once the package leaves us, the carrier is the one driving the van.
What Countries Does Small & Rare Ship To?
Small & Rare ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not paid by Small & Rare.
Each country sets its own fees, and we cannot calculate or predict them in advance. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any customs, duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply.
What Happens If My Package Is Refused Or Returned To Sender?
If your order is returned to us by the courier, please contact us once it has been returned.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A reshipment is totally fine, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Refusing a package does not cancel the order. It just sends your rare piece on an unnecessary world tour.
International Shipping
For international orders, please include a valid phone number at checkout. Some carriers require it for delivery, customs, or import processing.
Small & Rare is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, duties, import taxes, or any country-specific charges. These fees vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance.
By placing an international order, you agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for paying any customs, VAT, duties, or import fees required by your country.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I Make A Return Or Exchange?
Each Small & Rare piece is made in very limited quantities, with small-batch runs of approximately 30 units.
That means once a size sells out, she may not be coming back — and we may not be able to offer another size later.
Please check the size chart before placing your order. Measure twice, checkout once. Sizing and fit preferences are the customer’s responsibility, and ordering the wrong size does not qualify as a defect or damaged item.
Because our inventory is limited and our drops are small, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Rare pieces do not come with an undo button.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What If I Receive The Wrong Item Or Size?
If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or experienced another issue with your order, please contact sales@smallandrare.co within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A photo of the packing slip or shipping label, if available
Please do not wear, wash, alter, remove tags, or throw away the original packaging while we review the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, in original packaging, and have absolutely no signs of wear.
If the issue is verified, we will work to make it right based on available inventory. Because our pieces are made in small batches, replacement sizes or styles are not guaranteed.
If your clothes went to rehearsal, dinner, the train, the afterparty, or a second location, they are yours.

Approved Returns & Store Credit
Small & Rare does not offer refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.
If you believe your order qualifies for an approved return or special exception, please immediately contact sales@smallandrare.co before sending anything back.
If a return is approved as a special exception, please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, you will receive a digital store credit for the net amount of the returned item or items. Store credit can be used immediately toward a future Small & Rare order.
Because the only thing worse than losing a rare piece is making the replacement boring.
Payments & Refunds
Can Prices Change?
Yes. Small & Rare reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Prices may shift due to production costs, limited availability, material changes, promotions, or because small-batch fashion does not live on a conveyor belt.
The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
What About Exchange Rates?
All Small & Rare orders are processed in U.S. dollars.
If you are shopping internationally, the final amount charged may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, currency conversion rate, and any international transaction fees.
Small & Rare is not responsible for differences in exchange rates between the time an order is placed, the time payment is processed, or the time a refund is processed.
In the rare case that a refund is approved, it will be processed in U.S. dollars. Any difference caused by exchange rates, bank fees, or payment provider fees is the customer’s responsibility.
Basically, currency conversion is between you, your bank, and whatever financial chaos they have going on over there.
Can I Apply A Discount Code After I Place My Order?
No. Discount codes must be entered at checkout during the payment process.
Small & Rare does not apply retroactive discounts to orders that are already placed, processing, shipped, or completed.
Discount codes, promotions, and sitewide sales only apply to eligible orders placed during the active promotion period. They cannot be applied before the start date, after the end date, or after checkout.
The amount paid at checkout and the amount shown on your invoice are final and non-negotiable.
If the code was not entered at checkout, we cannot apply it later. The checkout page is not a time machine.
Are All Sales Final?
Yes. All sales are final.
Because Small & Rare pieces are made in limited quantities and small-batch runs, items often cannot be restocked, replaced, or sold again once they leave us.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless there is a verified issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item.
Rare pieces do not come back just because someone got commitment issues after checkout.
